The titanium heating element is also wrapped with a protective heater guard to prevent one's aquatic inhabitants as well as surrounding equipment. The new TH-S Deluxe Titanium Series also includes suction cups to allow users to secure the titanium element in preferred locations.

Great heater and controller buuuut…
For a heater and controller setup for big tanks, there is one fatal flaw with this system. The cord length for the out of water/shutoff sensor is far too short to reach from a controller board into the tank. DON’T put it in your sump like I did. One water change later, I quickly burned the rubber housing on the heater. Half my fault, half design flaw. If you can’t neatly mount your controller onto the controller board inside the cabinet…and are forced to mount it outside somewhere due to the short cord length, this just ruins the whole aesthetic. Otherwise, the heater is well disguised with the rubber casing inside the tank and otherwise a good product. I’m new to tanks this size and new to sumps…better directions would have helped also.
