One of the absolute best mushrooms for the reef aquarium. This species won’t quickly take over your rockwork like Discosoma species. They prefer intense reef lighting and high water motion. With their intense purple coloration and gorgeous polyp texture, they fit tightly in unoccupied areas of the rockwork and add an attractive and colorful element to any display.
