Description
Solenoid valve to use with gravity fed water containers or with most RODI units. Replaces the stock fill pump of the IceCap ATO. Equipped with a 14.5ft cord for versatile and easy installation Hooks up with standard 1/4in ro tubing (not included). Plugs directly into the pump jack on the IceCap ATO. It is suggested that a float type shut off valve be installed in conjunction with the solenoid valve.

So far so good
I bought this to eliminate a RO water reservoir that fed my sump with a pump. It plugs into my ice cap ATO controller directly and works well after fishing a tube from my RO system to the back of the tank. I installed the valve onto a small piece of wood and mounted it to my stand. No directions come with the valve, but installation is pretty straightforward. It’s only been a week, but all is good so far. The controller cycles very frequently, and I worry how long the solenoid valve will last with many short cycles. But, so far so good.
