Description
A delightful little damselfish species that does well in loose groups of 3 or more. These fish are not particularly aggressive and make fine companions for the fish only or reef tank. With a soft, silvery pink body, these fish develop an attractive blush of blue around the eyes and face. They also stay small, only reaching sizes of 2.5” at most. In the wild, Pink Smiths Damsels will hide amongst coral branches and rock work, and enjoy the nooks and caves of the home live rock aquascape as well. Like most damselfish species, these are very tolerant of a wide range of aquarium conditions making them an excellent choice for the novice aquarist.
