Quick, informative
I was surprised at how quickly I received my results for my ICP test. One week and I had my water results. The additional RO test is great.
Very nice
Very detailed
My favorite ICP!
I have used several other ICP test options but Fauna Marin is by far my favorite. The amount of parameters they test and the level of detail they provide around an element's effect on your tank and the ratio relationship to other elements is super helpful. There were some early issues around delays due to the US receiving location, but all of those have been worked out now that it goes to CoralVue in LA. My last few tests have had very fast turnarounds.
Reliable ICP
Had one test, done previously. Based on feedback from reliable hobbyists. So far pretty reliable. Price is a bit less than Triton or ATI. But they provide free return shipping, Fauna Marin does not. Still a pretty good deal. And response time was very fast, in spite of the fact that it ultimately ships to Europe.
Detected Aluminum Spike
I've experienced some slow die-off of some LPS over the years. Typical "easy" corals like leathers, ricordea, and GSP. All parameters were in a stable, good range. So I submitted this test which was quite robust and showed a spike in Aluminum. After research, it appears this was coming from my manmade media in my sump (I hope). Hoping this resolves my issues. Regardless, this was good insight I couldn't get without this test.
